Ohio Galvanized Tube is located in Ashland, Ohio, and serves the steel industry. We specialize in steel tube and fabrication services, such as cold saw cutting, bending, deburring, and more! In this blog, we’ll be going over the many fabrication services that Ohio Galvanized Tube is proud to offer.

Plasma Machine: Our newest addition to the Ohio Galvanized Tube fabrication family, our new CNC Plasma Machine can cut holes, copes, angles, special designs, and more into tubes up to 6” rounds, 4” squares, and 2” x 4” rectangles. With this new machine, we are able to cut tubing up to .75” thick.

Check out the latest addition to Ohio Galvanized Tube, the Plasma Machine. 


Haven Cut: Our Haven can cut as small as .5” OD up to 3” OD and can cut down to lengths ranging from 3.00” up to 7’ long. Our Haven has a deburring machine at the end of the line to leave you with a nice smooth finish on the end of the tube. The Haven is able to cut up to 3,000 parts per hour, depending on the length.

Cold Saw Cutting: We can cut anything to length under 4.50” OD to .50” OD as small as .50” long. Cold saw cutting offers a clean, crisp edge.

Bending: We have several tube benders for any OD or wall thickness that can bend anywhere from a .50” OD up to a 3.00” OD up to .25” thick wall.

Deburring: This machine will take any burr off the inside and outside cuts on the tube and can deburr .50” OD to 4.50” OD and lengths ranging from 3” up to 15’ long.

Welded joints are one of the most commonly seen joints although there is much more that goes into them than most realize. A Weld Joint is characterized by being the place where two or more metal pieces are joined together through the introduction of melted solder and high heat. There are 5 types of weld joints, corner, lap, tee, edge, and butt.
