Ohio Galvanized Tube is located in Ashland, Ohio, and serves the steel industry. We specialize in steel tube and fabrication services , such as cold saw cutting, bending, deburring, and more! In this blog, we’ll be going over the many fabrication services that Ohio Galvanized Tube is proud to offer. Plasma Machine: Our newest addition to the Ohio Galvanized Tube fabrication family, our new CNC Plasma Machine can cut holes, copes, angles, special designs, and more into tubes up to 6” rounds, 4” squares, and 2” x 4” rectangles. With this new machine, we are able to cut tubing up to .75” thick. Check out the latest addition to Ohio Galvanized Tube, the Plasma Machine.  Haven Cut: Our Haven can cut as small as .5” OD up to 3” OD and can cut down to lengths ranging from 3.00” up to 7’ long. Our Haven has a deburring machine at the end of the line to leave you with a nice smooth finish on the end of the tube. The Haven is able to cut up to 3,000 parts per hour, depending on the l
